We're a real estate company based in Bhubaneswar that builds across Odisha and Bangalore. Structured enough to deliver 18 projects on time, informal enough that the founder still eats lunch in the same canteen as the site engineer.

  • Build it right, or don't build it

    We use M40 grade concrete when M30 would pass code. If you find that satisfying rather than excessive, you'll fit in.

  • Say it straight

    When something goes wrong on site, the project head calls the customer directly. No three layers of approval for an honest update.

  • Odisha first, always

    We started in Jharsuguda when nobody was building quality housing there. Every project raises the bar for what housing looks like in this state.
